This policy pays in addition to your existing insurance policy and is independent of any other policy that you may have.
This policy provides coverage for both accidents and sicknesses.
This policy provides coverage for hospitalization arising from COVID-19 up to a maximum of five (5) days.
There is no waiting period for accident coverage and coverage is provided immediately from the policy effective date; however, there is 90 days waiting period from the policy effective date for sickness coverage.
Policy provides coverage 24 hours a day and anywhere in the world, excluding Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Libya, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Crimea region, and North Korea.
The premium will be debited immediately. Your coverage will start only after we receive the premium.
Depending on the policy period you purchased, your card will be debited every month or every year at the end of your period of coverage.
If you do not have sufficient balance on your credit card on the premium due date, we will repeatedly try to collect the premium for 32 days from the premium due date. The policy will be automatically cancelled if premium is not received at the end of this period.
Free look period is fifteen (15) days from the policy effective date.

If you cancel this policy within the first fifteen (15) days of policy effective date and if there is no claim, you will receive a full refund of the premium paid. No premium shall be refunded if there is a claim within this period.
If you cancel this policy after the first fifteen (15) days of policy effective date, if you have an annual policy, and if there is no claim, you will receive a refund of the premium on a pro-rata basis for the balance of days remaining under the period of coverage. No premium shall be refunded for monthly policies.
We will process the cancellation within 10 business days; however, refunded amount might take up to another 10 business days to appear on your bank account. This is dependent on your issuing bank.
You can purchase a new policy, even if your previous policy is cancelled.
