Key Benefits

  • Agency Repair: Repair damaged vehicle if the vehicle has been used for less than one year from the year of manufacture. 

  • Road Side Assistance: This service is provided by AAA. It handles mechanical repairs, vehicle towing, batter boost, flat tyre, lock out, emergency fuel delivery, and GCC roadside assistance. 

  • Ambulance fees: Coverage for the insured up to AED 6770/- if a medical treatment is required as a result of an accident. 

  • Personal Effects: Coverage for loss or damage of vehicles up to AED 5,000/- if the loss or damage is caused by fire, lightning or external explosion. 

  • Personal Injury: Coverage for the insured and/or spouse up to AED 20,000/ if any there are any injuries on the body. 

  • GCC Cover: Coverage for the vehicle driver driving in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states. 

  • Key Replacement: Coverage for the insured up to AED 2,000/-, per occurrence and per policy period. 

  • Registration: This service is provided by AAA. It provides car registration and renewal services. 

  • Social Perils: Vehicle value insured against social risks arising from civil commotion, riot and strike. 

  • Legal Liability: Coverage for driver’s household members as passengers determined on a case by case basis. 

  • 6 MonthsClause: Cover against loss of a new vehicle within six months from the date of purchase. 

  • Off Road Cover: Cover the insured vehicle as a result of an accident occurring off road.

Optional Benefits

  • Personal Accident for Driver: Coverage for insured and/or any licensed driver up to AED 200,000. 

  • Personal Accident for Passengers: Coverage for passengers up to AED 200,000. 

  • Windscreen Cover: Coverage for Window/ Windscreen up to AED 5,000. 

  • Protected No Claims Bonus: No Claims Bonus for two non-recoverable claims up to AED 20,000. 

  • Natural Perils: Coverage for loss or damage to the insured vehicle due to storm, flood, hail, and so on. 

  • Dent Repair: Coverage for dent repair using paint less dent removal method. 

  • 12 Months Waiver of Depreciation: Brand new replacement model or the purchase value of the vehicle if the vehicle is less than 12 months old. 

  • Car Hire: Hire car for the duration until claim settlement for up to 10 days. 

  • Hire Car Luxury: Mercedes C200 luxury car for the duration until claim settlement for up to 10 days. 

  • Car Hire Cash Benefit: Car hire benefit up to AED 625 on 1st occurrence and up to AED 500 on 2nd occurrence. 

  • Agency Repair: Extended agency repair for vehicles used for less than 5 years from the year of manufacture.

What you will need

To issue new Car Insurance policy, we need the following information:

  • Name and Contact details ( Passport copy with Visa page / Emirates ID)
  • Date of Birth
  • Vehicle details – Make, Model, Year of Manufacture
  • Copy of Vehicle Registration Card (Both sides)
  • Copy of your Drivers License
  • Confirmation that your vehicle is GCC specified
  • Details of claims registered, if any. If there are no claims registered, No Claim letter for the number of unclaimed years.
To complete the purchase online, you need to upload electronic copies of the following documents:
  • Passport copy with valid UAE resident visa or Emirates Id
  • Drivers License
  • Vehicle registration card or RTA Certificate of Transfer or Purchase of Sale (wherever applicable)

Providing electronic copies of the above documents, prior to issuing an Insurance Policy is mandated by law and any wrongful declaration could result in cancellation of the policy and denial of claim.

For renewing existing Car Insurance:
We will remind you to renew your policy two months prior to your registration expiry. You can log into your account at and renew your policy in simple and easy steps.
The renewal of your insurance policy will be dependent on the claims history for the year subject to the terms and conditions and limitations, if any, of the policy.
